Nabtesco Automotive Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Nabtesco Automotive Japan , leader in the brake equipment market for commercial vehicle such as truck and bus, with No. 1 market share in Japan for Air Dryers and Wedge Brake Chamber products. Nabtesco Automotive Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is established in 2004 to expand production to South-East Asian market with the same quality standards as in the Yamagata, Japan Plant. As Nabtesco Automotive Thailand is an important strategic site, the company is looking for engineers to be trained for Japanese language and production standards in Japan headquarters, and in the future to be a key person in bridging Thailand production site with Japan headquarters.
  • Open Position:

    ・Generalist with academic background in engineering major such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.
  • Training program schedule:

    1st year: Japanese language training and work placement at Nabtesco Automotive Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Bangkok office from April 2019
    2nd ~ 3rd year: On-the job training to understand Japanese production standards in various division (manufacturing, sales, production engineer, etc.) at Nabtesco Automotive Japan.
    4th year: Return to Nabtesco Automotive Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Bangkok office
  • Qualifications:

    ・Thai nationals with degree in engineering (fresh or recent graduate)
    ・Able to start in April 2019
    ・Able to participate in interview on January 20th and 21st in Central Bangkok
  • Remunerations:

    ・Employment Status: Permanent staff in Nabtesco Automotive Thailand (salary negotiable)
    ・Japanese language training fee (1st year) covered by company
    ・Accommodations fee during training in Japan (2nd ~ 3rd year) covered by company
    ・Work visa for training in Japan will be provided by company
