Air Dryer for Commercial Vehicles
Module Air Dryer (Cartridge Type)
By providing the desiccating agent of the air dryer in the form of a replaceable cartridge, we have made the task of periodic replacement easier. By using a high-efficiency desiccant and Nabtesco Automotive original oil filter in the cartridge, we have managed to achieve both making the cartridge smaller and lighter, and greatly improving oil-removing performance.
Module Air Dryer (Integrated Purge Tank Type)
While preserving all of the merits of an integrated purge tank type dryer, this model has been developed with the dual aims of reducing fuel consumption and providing a lighter and more compact dryer that offers greater flexibility of installation. The integrated purge tank type dryer has been designed taking environmental factors into consideration, resulting in an air dryer that has improved maintenance and serviceability, as well as fewer parts that require disposal when maintenance is performed.
Oil Mist Separator
The oil mist separator is installed downstream from the compressor, and functions to remove oil from the exhaust of the compressor. In addition, the oil mist separator also functions to lower the temperature of air flowing into the air dryer, and improves the dehumidify capability of the air dryer.
